Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear candidates,
We are a family from Spain and Cabo Verde with 3 kids (1,6 and 8). We have been living in Germany for 2 years and moved here from Thailand.
We ever hosted an au-pair before but have lots of experience on hosting exchange students, friends and family. We are looking for someone who could help on the day to day with the kids to get them ready to school, pick up when needed, play/ take them to the park and help/supervise them with the homework.
We think that hosting an au pair at home could also be a learning opportunity for our kids, to understand and respect other's people's culture and perspectives.
